>Truck in front of me suddenly decides it wants to parallel park in the ZipCar space next to me
>Accelerates at high speed directly into the front of car
>Guy gets out, immediately starts saying I drove into him while he was backing up
>Detect a slight accent 
>He says we should go our separate ways and not call the cops
>I call they cops
>Cops arrive and he starts lying to them saying I drove into him while he was backing up
>Cops tell him in this state if you run into anything while backing up you're automatically at fault
>He starts yelling at them saying the law should be changed
>Cop notices the accent too and asks where he's from
>"Israel"

Why are they like this? I just want to be left alone.
