boy i really hate stuff like this.   Notice on 5/22 by Daniel Kinzer to sell 413178 shares of $NVTS on the same day the press release which tries to assert they have a partnership with $NVDIA (when simply are listed with other Semis who make DC/DC converters, $TI, Infineon, Rohm, etc) for a 800V system to be designed and to ship in late 2027).   Carefully worded PR as "selects $NVTS to collaborate".     Ditto for two other insiders.     There efforts work-wise have produced $1.90/sh, but this little effort enabled them to exit at $5/sh.
