🇺🇦🇷🇺 Putin: “A decision has been made to create a security buffer zone along the border between Russia and Ukraine.”

Putin later specified for which Russian regions a security buffer zone will be created.

Ukrainian regions that Russian needs to control:
- Kharkov
- Sumy
- Chernigov

To protect the Russian regions: Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod regions.

That is an announcement for further expansion of military goals by Russia.
