MSNBC perfectly sums up Trump's bill. This is a highly regressive bill that favors the wealthy, hurts the middle class and explodes the deficit.

"If you're in the top 20%, you're gonna get XXX% increase in after tax income from tax cuts. 
If you're in the bottom, you lose $XXX. You get a small tax cut and and a large cut in Medicaid and other benefits."
