Fast forward to 2024 and the brand Docker's sales for 2024 were $323m, about X% of Levi's $6.4B of revenue and shrinking X% YoY. That makes this sales multiple just over 1x not including the earnout of 80m This is more of the same in a struggling apparel sector where Authentic Brands Group, WHP, and others are seemingly the only ones willing to pick up the scraps - Authentic Brands Group as the buyer here As a reminder, the following apparel/fashion brands have also been sold off for pennies in the last 24mo: - Dockers (>1x sales) - Skechers (>1x sales) - Stuart Weitzman (0.4x sales) - Guess (WHP) - Pangaia - Feat - Supreme (sold for a loss) - Outdoor Voices - Rowing Blazers - Champion (0.6x sales - also ABG) - Rag & Bone The list goes on.
