Elon Musk doesn't care about efficiency, and here's the proof:

I called for an investigation into Musk's cuts at the IRS. Because he fired so many staff that audit wealthy tax cheats, we could lose $XXX BILLION in tax revenue over the next decade.

Nothing efficient about that.
