[Notice: Test Run of the Updated Customer Service System]

Dear Rovers,
To enhance your gaming experience, we will soon be conducting a test run of our updated customer service system. This test run will happen on PC and Android and will be available to a limited number of players starting from 2025-05-20 (UTC+8) until the Version XXX update maintenance. The updated system is scheduled for release to all players in Version XXX.
Tickets submitted through the old customer service system remain valid and will be processed accordingly. However, tickets submitted through the old system will not be viewable for a short time after the update to the new system. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
If you are using the new customer service system and need to check a ticket submitted through the old system, please contact our customer support directly or submit a new ticket. If you have any feedback or suggestions about the new system during the testing period, feel free to submit a Feedback form.
