$IBIT remains the top performer with a 3-month ROC of +19.8%, though momentum eased this week.  
$MTUM surged to +13.2%, overtaking growth-focused ETFs.  
$ICLN follows with a +12.5% gain.  
$GDX fell back but is still up +11.3%.  
$SMH and $PAVE rose +9.5% and +9.2%, driven by renewed risk appetite.  

Tech and growth sectors are driving the rebound as more ETFs turn positive.
