Despite welcoming baby Lily with Kelly Piquet, Verstappen remains locked in on his Formula X duties. — Jos Verstappen said he’s seen no shift in Max’s mentality since Lily’s birth: “I hardly notice any change. There’s just a little girl at home now. Of course, I receive all the pictures, and it’s just very nice to see. But I think: as long as he (Max) has to go to the circuit, he is fully focused on what he needs to do. That’s also beautiful to see.” — Asked about his own involvement as a grandfather, Jos joked about his limited role: “I don’t know. I’m not around that often. I’m going there next week. If I can help, I’ll be there, but I think they can manage on their own. ‘Grandpa’ Verstappen admits Max is ‘fully focused’ on the 2025 F1 season:
— Max Verstappen became a father just before the Miami Grand Prix, but according to his father Jos Verstappen, the new chapter has not changed Max’s focus or performance. Despite welcoming baby Lily with Kelly Piquet, Verstappen remains locked in on his Formula X duties.
