Houston Texans and rookie wide receiver Jayden Higgins have agreed to a fully guaranteed four-year $XXXXXXXXXX contract, per Chris Cabott of @EquitySports. Higgins is the first second-round pick in NFL history to have a fully guaranteed contract.
