Step X. Make sure you are invested before the project gets revealed.

Firstly, you are in a true win win position. 

The emissions are nice but let’s look past that. 

Whatever team is BUYING a subnet slot clearly is not messing around right now. They will be serious developers with insane AI ideas.  These unknowns are sitting at values of like $2M to $500k.
