Block’s (aka $XYZ) market cap (formerly Square $SQ) is now below $XX billion which is how much they paid for AfterPay a few years ago. This is probably the second worst M&A deal from the last few years. 

The worst M&A deal was clearly $TDOC buying $LVGO (Livongo) for $XXXX billion, now the combined company is worth less than $XXX billion 

Can anyone think of some other bad M&A deals?
