Sara Seymour, 29, pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent for the February 2023 incident

The former Life Skills teacher at Brown Elementary School, forced an autistic 7-year-old boy to eat his own vomit after he got sick in the cafeteria

In exchange for her guilty plea, prosecutors dropped the charge of failure to make a report

She was sentenced to XXX days in jail, with XXX days suspended, and credit for two days previously served
