According to recent documents, Dylan Mortensen saw Xana laying on the floor when she rushed to Bethany Funke's room after seeing the man alleged to be Bryan Kohberger. 

Dylan thought Xana was drunk. She didn't check on her. 

This doesn't make Dylan guilty of anything.

These girls were partyers. Perhaps she had seen Xana or others passed out before after drinking. 

This will be a mistake Dylan will have to live with the rest of her life.
