$AMRC - WOW  energy company, cap XXX ml$, concludes a contract for XXX million €, 

CEO bought STOCKS in March for XXXX ml$.

 FLOAT seems big but I think all STOCKS holders were waiting for this contract and will not sell at the bottom (annual minimum 9$ - now price 10$) and therefore real float is very, very SMALL. SQUEEZE is possible and gradually - strong growth possible too,with analysts' opinions.

 I will buy - this is not advice, I am just talking about myself.
