JUST IN: Jacob Couch dies after being nearly decapitated in a brutal random hatchet attack at a Tucson bus stop

Couch, 32, died Thursday night after nearly two weeks on life support

His heart gave out at 8:58 p.m., according to his sister-in-law, who said he also developed pneumonia

On April 5, Couch was attacked with a hatchet while sitting at a bus stop with his wife

The couple was headed back to Alabama when the attack happened

Daniel Michael, 25, was charged with aggravated assault and is being held on $X million bond

Charges may be upgraded after Couch’s de*th
