$NVDA says the U.S. government has banned exports of its H20 chips to China indefinitely, citing national security risks tied to potential supercomputing use.  As a result, NVIDIA expects to take a charge of up to $XXX billion in its fiscal Q1 ending April 27, tied to H20 inventory, purchase commitments, and related reserves.
