Topgolf Callaway selling Jack Wolfskin for $290M 💼💰

Topgolf Callaway Brands $MODG is offloading its Jack Wolfskin unit to ANTA Sports for $XXX million in cash—expected to close by mid-to-late 2025.

CEO Chip Brewer says the move sharpens focus on core brands and strengthens the balance sheet ahead of a planned Topgolf spinoff.
