Japan could be the first country to start the QE program.

Today, the Japanese stock market is down XXX% and it seems like there's nothing to stop it.

This is why BOJ is holding an emergency meeting today to possibly discuss monetary policy.

I think if this continues for a few days, BOJ will probably announce rate cuts and even the QE program.
