$CTA $CTARF #LayerOne Yesterday, #Janover Inc. $JNVR, announced that it raised $42mm via converts/warrants to invest in #Solana.
The company also announced a name change to DeFi Development Corporation and a ticker change.

The stock jumped XXXXXX% and the market cap increased by $48mm (from <$5mm to ~$54mm).
Prior to yesterday, the company was a tiny software company with $4mm enterprise value, with $2mm of annual sale and negative net income and negative cash-flow!

Sound familiar?!?!
