He blames Biden and says he‘ll fix the trade deficit. (Which doesn’t have to be fixed an isn’t the culprit) 
But under his first term, it actually got worse.
2017: $375B trade deficit with China
2018: $419B (record high)
2020 (end of term): $311B

Under Biden:
2023: $279B (lowest since 2010)
2024: $295B

Big promises now, bigger deficits then. The numbers speak for themselves.
