❗️According to the Kremlin's readout, the "Black Sea Initiative" will come into effect after:

◾️Lifting sanctions restrictions on the Russian Agricultural Bank and other financial organizations involved in ensuring operations on international trade in food (including fish products) and fertilizers, connecting them to SWIFT, opening the necessary correspondent accounts.

◾️Lifting restrictions on trade finance operations.

◾️Lifting sanctions restrictions on manufacturing and exporting companies
food (including fish products) and fertilizers, and also removing restrictions on the operation of insurance companies with food cargo (in volume number of fish products) and fertilizers.

◾️Lifting port service restrictions and sanctions on ships under the Russian flag involved in food trade (including fish prunes) and fertilizers.

◾️Lifting restrictions on agricultural supplies to the Russian Federation of machinery and other goods involved in food production
(including fish products) and fertilizers.
