They could potentially pay 350,000$ to each fired employee. Let them keep their jobs. And, still maintain that 100Bn$ cash reserves. But, they won't do any of that. In fact: they would get tax breaks from the governments across the world. Why? because we live in a brutal world: every person has to fend for themselves. At least the US has some social security in return for taxes. In India, if you lose your job with Amazon or the likes, you have no social security. If for some reason: you can't find a job for X years, you could come on road. So if you see a fellow Indian: building wealth, moving abroad, saving taxes, being selfish to survive -- he/she is doing nothing wrong. No one is there to save you.
