Summits & Conclaves can often be just a lot of ‘ sound and fury, signifying nothing’  (with apologies to Shakespeare) 

But this is a significant initiative that gives real substance to the forthcoming Summit. 

It should attract not just local, but global creators and signal that India is the next frontier of innovation in entertainment. 

The rules & disbursement, however, need to be transparent and efficient.
