You can't ignore altcoins strength now.

The US announced the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, and yet BTC dominance went lower.

One more thing to add is that BTC dominance usually peaks 1500 days after its bottom which indicates that the reversal is near.

2024 was the year of BTC, 2025 will be the year of alts.
