I'm long Hankyu Hanshin Holdings $9042 because they could blatantly increase rents, and I expect Japan to be more open to price increases soon.  $2222 is one of their tenants.  One disconnect I don't understand: why would their be backlash for $9042 to increase prices, but $2222 can charge such an extreme price?
