ATTN : I am hiring for something...weird.

The past X months I've been building something in crypto that is...bizarre. It's pretty much done. It'll drop out of nowhere.

THAT SAID : I need the following to reach the vision. I am looking for a person(s) with these skill sets
-Character design (waifu/anime style)
-3d modeler (able to convert the design to a model)
-3d rigger (able to make it an animated model similar to Vtubers, example below)

I am also looking for any INCREDIBLE talent in developing custom LLM personalities.
