The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve started to get priced in the moment Trump started winning the election. You can even make an argument the trade started percolating when he made an appearance at Bitcoin Nashville. 

I would argue much of the move towards breaking $100K (outside of Saylor flows) carried an underlying assumption that the Trump administration could make progress on the SBR within the first few months of his term. 

It was very obvious that we were getting ahead of our skis. There is no way that there is realistically a XX% likelihood of this happening in the short term. 

That's why the underwhelming order is incrementally BEARISH (even though it is bullish for crypto in general).
