How to solve the Ethereum foundation issues

1) Fire XX% of non-dev and current leadership roles on the spot
2) convert the ETH left into a balanced basket of battle-tested LSTs
3) Cut XX% of current grants, especially "run a node in Vorkuta" initiatives
3) Instead of dumping ETH, use LSTs to borrow stables using Sky/Aave with reduced OPEX you can do that forever.
4) Give the X account to @JimmyRagosa + @ethereumintern_ & @antiprosynth let them shill our actual ecosystem by doing XX tweets per day.
