Basically doing an end around through these fraudulent H-1B companies to avoid Trump’s tariff plan. I’m not super familiar with Trump’s tariff plan but it absolutely needs to put a steep cost on companies who shut down teams in America and then contract the work out overseas. The scale of this is actually more than the H-1B fraud.
