"The liquidators of Dubai-based, British Virgin Islands-domiciled All Blue Investments North Star X Ltd. and All Blue Investment Management Ltd. have filed for Chapter XX bankruptcy recognition in Miami amid an investigation into conduct that also involves two Cayman Islands affiliates and allegedly resulted in losses of $XXX million from “improper naked short trades”.
