Altcoin Market Cap is on the cusp of new All Time Highs in this cycle

Now trying to position itself for a retest of the $425bn (black) major resistance

Altcoin Market Cap rejected from here twice before however

So the question is...

Does ALTMC need a rejection from here but into a much shallower retrace to demonstrate that this final major resistance is weakening resistance?
