This week, we’ve made progress in refining the #HOME3 app, focusing on AI advancements, Discovery enhancements, and backend functionality:

🤖 AI Upgrades
🔸 Improved the #AI Assistant for faster response times and more accurate Discovery category information generation, and while using the Assistant Chat feature.

🔸Introduced a second AI system to dynamically extract and highlight key features from property descriptions, enhancing property listings and their presentation.

🌐 Discovery Enhancements
🔸Refined Discovery queries and transitioned key app-side functionalities to the server, improving efficiency and securing proprietary functions.

🔸Enhanced UI updates to align with new Discovery features.

📧 Tour Request/Contact Functionality
🔸Fixed bugs related to key AI features and added backend improvements for our team, ensuring we can provide users with an efficient way to connect with realtors.

🐞 Bug Fixes & Improvements
🔸Continued bug fixes across various app systems, optimizing performance and usability while maintaining the high-quality user experience.
