Some people ask me why they couldn't find their favorite artist in Music Bank Pre-voting list, here is the official rule announced on the 'ALL CHART' app, (just need to meet X of the following X conditions):

1/ The song must be in Top XX of Music Bank K-Chart in the most recent week (before Pre-voting is opened)

or 2/ The songs are from artists who will perform or from artists who requested to perform on Music Bank next week (after Pre-voting ends)
