What the hell is going on? 

One hour before nation wide SOS outages for @Verizon users today who still can’t make or receive phone calls, @Verizon 
and Vertical Bridge announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for the infrastructure firm Vertical Bridge to obtain the exclusive rights to lease, operate and manage XXXXX wireless communications towers across all XX states and Washington, D.C. 

Vertical Bridge is owned by DigitalBridge (formerly known as Colony Capital). 

Right after this press release went out, millions of Americans couldn’t make or receive phone calls. 

Verizon still hasn’t released a statement about what is going on.
