$CREIT (-2.6%) and $AREIT (-0.5%) were the only losers on a triumphant post-Fed 7k hold by the PSEi. $DDMPR (+2.0%) and $MREIT (+1.5%) led the gainers. Only open question right now is that DDMPR Q2 dividend. Wen div?
