THE US CONSUMER MIGHT NOT BE WEAK, BUT PICKY 

$BBY Best Buy is up 15%. That can’t happen unless the consumer is spending.

$DG Dollar General is down 28%. The consumer isn’t spending as much at Dollar Stores, likely since they are consolidating spend at $WMT Walmart and $TGT Target. 

Again, we are seeing consumers be picky, but if the consumer was completely tapped out, all retailers would be struggling badly.
