I’d like to believe Klaas but then I’d have to start believing in Santa + the Easter Bunny.  

Their current footprint, capital structure is no longer tenable. No Instl investors come in size bc of Arc outsized stake. Arc needs to flip to $LBRT or work a creative $CFW deal.
