Two Taiwan AI server makers, Wiwynn and Gigabyte, confirmed more details about the Nvidia chip delay, according to media reports. 
Wiwynn CFO Harry Chen is quoted saying the design and heat dissipation problems have led to delays, but that the impact is insignificant, and that demand for AI servers overall, and Blackwell servers in particular remain strong.
