$AREIT (+1.1%) led the group higher, joined by $RCR (+0.9%) and $MREIT (+0.9%). $DDMPR's recovery seems to be done. $PREIT (-1.1%) faded lower. I don't know where the demand for this stock comes from. Feels like an X% yield stock to me.
