For those who don’t know, @JohnDeere created an official "Global DEI Advisory Board" in 2022 to "set our winning strategy."

After the formation of this Board to set their strategy, John Deere is now firing Americans and shifting production to Mexico.

This Global DEI Board even has "regional councils" to "drive accountability." I wonder if firing Americans in the Midwest (largely White) in favor of cheap mostly non-White labor in Mexico is part of the Board’s "winning strategy?" It’ll surely help them improve their diversity numbers! Are y’all seeing yet why DEI is so toxic?
