These are the ruins of Khaybar, Saudi Arabia.

This was a Jewish town which the false prophet Mohammad and his army invaded, destroyed and slaughtered.

When jihadists today chant "Khaybar Khaybar Ya Yahud", it's in reference to this genocidal event, and a wish to repeat it.
