Just spoke to a guy charging that & owners don't bat an eye. Better yet, he's subbing out all the work at XX% margins! Here are the details: The area: Cali The garage: X story near airport The model: Cold call parking garage owners with the pitch that regular maintenance (sweep+wash) is much cheaper than repairs or replacement. Usually with home services you have to pick X of 2: X. High ticket X. Recurring With this you get both. The guy in question, @brandonadixon (great follow) spent XX years in the MLB and then retired and bought a street sweeping business. (safe to say it was the right decision) It was doing ~$20k/month at purchase last year, $30k/month X months ago (when we first spoke) and now $60k/month. This X job will double his revenues again next month. And unlike his $XXX sweeping jobs, he doesn't have to buy a $75k truck or do the work himself. I walk him through very specific steps and ideas of how to find more jobs like this on the 2nd segment of my podcast below. He was my first caller ever in episode 001, and he came back for episode XXX. And he implemented my advice! Just be sure to not compete with him anywhere in Cali, cause he'll crush you. It's very clear he's going to win big. Enjoy the pod. No ads, no cost. Be sure to subscribe.
