The results are final, HEX holders will receive HEX on X1 by matching Eth and Pulse chain records.  Both liquid and staked HEX records will be used.  There will be no OA. 
The airdropped HEX will be referred as XHEX.  The Token logo will be a Rolex watch.  
Snapshot date will be announced when we are ready.
