This is generation equivalent of ~2 GW traditional baseload coal plant running at XX% capacity factor.

@ $800/kW, upfront capital cost of the coal plant would be ~38% of the ¥29B price tag. Once you factor in fuel costs & pollution, economics are quite competitive.
