Bytes Technology $JSEBYI dropped XX% today at its worse in London (closed X% on the JSE) after the surprised announcement that the CEO tendered his resignation with immediate effect.

CEO also made trades in company shares that hadn’t been disclosed to the company or the market in compliance with PDMR disclosure requirements.
