$CHTR Charter is priced like there are serious problems on the horizon at less than 10x earnings.

What does that say about the obviously troubled fiber providers like Frontier?  $FYBR

Good chance after the $FYBR short I'll be able to do $CHTR and $CMCSA?  Unlcear, no rush.
