Binance Research mentioned that $BOBA is one of the best #Layer2 chains using the Optimistic Rollup Solution, along with $OP, $ARB, $Metis, and #Base.

$OP has pumped, $ARB has pumped, $Metis has pumped. Why not $BOBA?
