Update: 0x00785 sent all of the newly issued $USDT it received in $777k batches starting Nov. 15th to 0xA9BfF538A906154c80A8dBccd229F3DEddFa52D6, a wallet that belongs to Max Exchange AKA MaiCoin (@MAX_exch).

Perhaps not coincidentally on Nov. 18th the value of MaiCoin's exchange token dropped 92%.
