MB IPO Index -XXX%

$CTS (-6%) is giving investors whiplash with its back-and-forth action, but the trend is still (overall) fairly negative. $ALTER (-4%), $UPSON (-3%), and $BALAI (-3%) all had rough days. Only $HTI (+5%) did well.
